SCP file transfer in linux system

Copy the file from local system to the particular server

$ scp example.txt root@

In the above command just transfering “example.txt” file in my system to particular server path

Explanation :

example.txt –> file name –> server IP
/system-path/ –> folder path in the server

Download the file from particular server

$ scp root@ .

Explanation :

scp –> command –> server  IP and folder path in server
. –> dot use to save the file in the current directory
